Who this notice covers

Secure Wolf Limited operates this company website. This notice covers visits to the site and enquiries sent to our approved customer enquiry email. It does not describe an operational Delivery Intelligence service, which is not yet commercially available.

Information when you visit

The application does not ask for personal details, provide a submission form, create visitor accounts or install analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and artwork are served locally rather than loaded from external font or image services.

Serving the website still involves technical information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. The hosting and delivery services may process this information to deliver requests, maintain security and diagnose problems. The application does not intentionally create a database of website visitors.

Cloudflare and third-party services

The public preview website is delivered through Cloudflare Tunnel. Cloudflare may process connection and request information for delivery and security. Security cookies or request logs depend on the owner’s Cloudflare configuration; this notice does not claim they are disabled.

If you email us

An email link opens your email application. It does not submit information to this website. If you send an enquiry, the message, your email address and any other information you choose to include are processed by your email service, our email hosting service and Secure Wolf for handling the conversation.

Share only what is necessary for your enquiry. Avoid passwords, sensitive records and personal delivery data. Links to third-party services are subject to those services’ own privacy practices.

Retention and access

We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your message and any resulting discussion. The owner is reviewing the applicable retention periods, access arrangements and service-provider details; no fixed retention period is asserted here.

You can contact us to ask about information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We will consider the request and any applicable obligations. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.
